Cute place but not worth it

Cute place & a great neighborhood but don't recommend. Had an extension almost immediately on our job & asked to extend for convenience. He said yes & we renewed. He then informed us that he changed his mind. He lied to us as to why - rented it to someone already. It was irritating but a blessing in disguise with all the issues. Furniture is terrible. Couch smells like a dirty dog. Beds aren't comfortable for an adult to sleep long term. maintenance/cleaning guy does everything halfway. It was surface cleaned when we moved in but was still gross. Food wrappers under the bed, expired food in cabinets that were 2+ years old. old toothbrush in bathroom, vape pen & socks in couch, area rug was brown instead of the light color it should have been. repairs half way done & poorly moisture problem in the house. Everything feels moist/ damp all the time. Laundry room floods regularly & landlord was irritated for us telling him & tried to blame us when we just moved in

Hi, thanks for the feedback. These particular tenants were trying to house 4 people in a 2 bedroom apartment (2 adults and 2 children). They brought in an additional bed (unheard of, the unit is fully furnished) and were, by far, the most unclean tenants we have ever had. The neighbor had complained about their lack of cleanliness several times leading up to the walkthrough, and there was garbage throughout the unit during the walkthrough that influenced the decision to non-renew. They were made aware of the walkthrough well in advance and made no effort to tidy up (talk about blessings in disguise). We were also restructuring our processes which was an additional factor that they were made aware, but ultimately the unit was not the best for their use-case. It's also not my habit to shame people on their hygiene and housekeeping, so we allowed them to complete their lease term and find housing elsewhere. We value our cleanliness and affordability and have been very blessed with tenants on the whole. I understand these type of tenants to be outliers in the furnished finders community and look forward to continuing to provide a good product at a great price. It's not a habit to air dirty laundry (or units, as it were), but I felt this untrue review needed to be addressed.

Amazing place

I stayed here for my first travel assignment and I absolutely loved it here. The landlords are very personable and always available to answer any questions/fix things. Very comfortable and clean place to stay.
