New Chandler Townhome with Community Perks

Wonderful townhome

I absolutely loved this townhome and wished we could have stayed longer. It's beautiful, in an amazing neighborhood and convenient location. The neighbors in the complex are friendly. The complex is gated, clean and well cared for. The complex has a pool and a nice dog park that are well maintained. The owners were accommodating and responded quickly to communication. I appreciated having a garage to park my vehicle in, my only complaint was the narrow garage opening. Larger vehicles likely won't fit. Desert Breeze Park is within walking distance as is a nice little restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

Great Location

I had a great time staying at this rental. Over the summer, I worked at Intel Chandler, so the location was optimal. The apartment had great amenities, and everything was clean and in excellent condition. The owner responded quickly to my questions and was always helpful. Overall, a great choice for someone looking to stay in Phoenix.
