A Peaceful Modern Beachy Sanctuary

I was initially supposed to stay for a few months & it turned into almost 2 years... Laura is a kind thoughtful host, attentive & respectful of privacy. The peaceful & private environment is what I truly enjoyed about this space. The patio is such a major feature because I love fresh air & basking in the afternoon sun when I can. The aesthetics are clean, modern & minimal which gives a new hotel by the sea vibe . Parking is easy - neighbors are warm & welcoming. Centrally located. Everything you need is within walking distance - even the ocean =) Definitely recommend!

Best place in El Segundo

Neighborhood: 9.5/10 Owner: 11/10 : Cleanliness: 10/10 Accuracy: 10/10 Easily the best place I’ve stayed on Furnished Finder. Laura is super nice, very responsive, and genuinely cares about her tenants. I asked for shade for the front door and new smoke detectors, and she took care of both almost immediately. The location is hard to beat—about a 20-minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to downtown El Segundo, tons of restaurants and cafés nearby, and only ~2 miles to LAX. It was perfect for me since I visited family on the weekends and needed quick airport access. The apartment itself was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with everything working as expected. The neighborhood feels safe, calm, and walkable, and parking was never an issue. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient place in the area.

Absolute Gem of a Find

This property was such a great experience. Yes, it's extremely clean and located in a great area, but Laura is the best part about Coastal Villa. She is kind, flexible, and more than willing to go the extra mile for her tenants. I could not have asked for a better landlord, and I wish I could have stayed longer. I cannot recommend this property enough!

Perfect, cozy, and safe!

Costal Villa is the perfect space for a traveler. It has everything you need, plus an awesome private patio! The location is walking distance to the cute downtown with shops, cafes, and lots of yummy restaurants and breweries. Also close to the beach/oceanfront, LAX, and close to the highway. All around a very safe and comfortable environment. L is an amazing landlord, and will look out for you but also respect your space. She was very accommodating, and really made CA feel like home away from home!

Peaceful and Safe

I really enjoyed staying at this place. Laura was super helpful and made sure I had all the accommodations I needed. She honored my privacy, yet made it known she wanted me to be comfortable and have everything I needed. The town has a safe small town vibe with close proximity to the beach and great restaurants. The place has plenty of room, lots of cabinet space, a comfy bed, and a fabulous shower. There is a tv in the living area and in the bedroom. There is also a nice, relaxing and private patio area with a nice table and chairs that has a water fountain to listen too. There was always plenty of street parking. I would choose to stay here again anytime.
