Positive Review

We stayed at the home for six months and really enjoyed our time there. The neighborhood was lovely and the neighbors were friendly. I walked my dog every day and always felt safe. Nick was very communicative and one of the main reasons we chose this homehe was quick to respond and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend this home!

10/10, Would Recommend

My wife and I stayed here for 3 months because of a water line rupture in our home. Im so glad the property was available because its an amazing location. There are so many great places to eat and extremely close to multiple freeways. To say its centrally located is an understatement. The neighborhood felt extremely safe. My wife and I would take nightly walks in the late evening, and did not feel unsafe. The surrounding neighbors were also friendly and welcoming. We were even offered to come to summer BBQs, even after we moved back to our home. Now to the landlord, I cant rave about them enough! EXTREMELY friendly, would check in on a regular basis to make sure nothing was needed or if we had any questions. If we had any questions or concerns, Nick would respond super quick. Whenever I have family or friends that visit from out of town and need a place of their own, I will certainly recommend this residence.

We got to stay here for 8 months and it was my favorite stay so far (and Ive been traveling for 4 years). Theres so much to love. The pool & hot tub are amazing. We basically lived in them. The town is super cute and everything is right there that you could need. We also felt safe with our 2 year old daughter when outside walking around. Nick was also hands down the best landlord we have had. Hes very accommodating, nice, understanding and fair. We would recommend this place to anyone who asked. And we would also love to come back and stay here!
