My Beautiful Stay

I would like to say thank you to Tre, he was a great host. I liked that I got new sheets and towels for my stay and had a clean space overall. I normally find it had to adjust especially in new environments but I adjusted well cause I felt safe. It's a nice space with really nice walls so I didn't hear any loud noises during my stay. It was a convenient location with less than 5 mins to Piedmont Midtown and less than 10mins to downtown and other places. I was there for 5 weeks and encountered no issues, towards the end of my stay I had a delivery that took later than expected and although my lease ended Tre made sure I got my package safely. So overall a perfect stay for me!!

Great Option/Affordable

It was just me so renting a room was the perfect option for me, Less than 2 miles from my assignment, which was a bonus & so convenient, all amenities were there, there were a couple hiccups but the homeowner was on it IMMEDIATELY!! Will do business with Tre again if I'm assigned back in Columbus, GA again...

Great place to stay near hospital

The location is great if you are working in Columbus. It's super close to the hospital and downtown. The house is very secure with up-to-date security options like cameras and smart locks. The room was very clean and served the purposes for which I needed. Tre was very receptive and accessible and bought new linens and toiletries which was very nice. I would recommend this place for sure.

Close to Piedmont, safe, and clean!

Tre was very responsive and clean. He provided a tour and settled me into the home personally. He also purchased brand new linen, towels, bath mats, shower curtains, cleaning supplies, etc so I felt very comfortable right at the start. High security around/in the home (door room key pad codes) as well so I felt very safe. Had no issues the whole stay and would definitely recommend!

Nice Neighborhood

This place is in a quiet neighborhood and less than 4 minutes from Piedmont Columbus. I really liked having my own microwave and fridge in the room. The only downside is that theres no furniture in the living room if you want to hang out outside your room. But if youre just looking for a comfortable place to rest and get to work, this is a great option. The price is budget-friendly, and the owner is very responsive. The property feels secure with smart locks and security cameras around the perimeter.

A Decent Place

Full transparency. The pros of this place is it is close to the hospitals/downtown, quite, with plenty of cameras for security. The price is reasonable. The host is very responsive, assuring and will reimburse any costs for the house. Has a new washer, good insulation, and is sprayed by pest control. The cons are that there were no cooking utensils or kitchen cleaning supplies other than steel cleaner and ammonium. Cutlery was plasticware. There is no living room furniture. Some doors have poor patch work. The fridge is small and in your room, not in the kitchen. Not the most comfortable mattress. Great place if you're trying to do whatever hospital/military assignment in Columbus and get out without spending too much money. I have referred a classmate here as well.

Awesome peace quiet. All of the above

Words cant describe how comfortable and quiet this place is...very clean and i felt really safe and at home and not to mission right around the corner from my assignment.and the owner is so sweet and caring and makes you feel right at home...if you want safe and home like feelings aways from home this is the place..
