Beautiful and quiet place. Very accommodating and friendly landlord.
First of all, Katie, thank you for letting me stay in your humble house. I stayed at Katie's house during my first-ever travel assignment. My stay was amazing. I feel very safe knowing that Zeus (Katie's German Shepherd) was guarding the house when I slept at night, the room was spacious, the front door is very safe using codes to get in, always clean, the house smells nice, and most of all, she treats everybody like family. I am very pleased with my experience. When I come back to South Florida, I will stay here again. I recommend her.

I stayed here for 6 months. Beautiful place and landlord is very friendly and accommodating. The dog on the property is very gentle and quiet. Would recommend to anyone who is traveling for work or school.
