Great place even better landlords

If I could give this place a thousand stars I would. The place is beautiful and so close to everything in Madison. But what I loved more than anything was Jeff & Cheri! They honestly are some of the best people I've ever met. Cheri and myself would sit out on the patio and talk, she would make me homemade soup and the best part is she made me her famous chocolate chip cookies. The apartment is perfectly stocked with anything you could possibly need. I wish I could have stayed there longer but I guess after a year it was time to move on.

Home away from home

The place was wonderful and well-decorated. The location is great, you are within walking distance of downtown activities and restaurants. The apartment is located on a quiet street. The kitchen was well stocked with everything to cook with. Top-notch appliances, pots, and pans. I have rented multiple places to live as a traveling nurse. This is the best-stocked kitchen I have ever been in. They did a great job providing everything you would need away from home. The bed was comfortable and the room was roomy. The property owners were very accommodating and friendly. Quick drive to the hospital. The outside patio is very nice. We grilled out occasionally. The only drawback is the apartment is on the second level with a flight of stairs. But it does have its entrance. The property owners would promptly take care of any needs or concerns. I would recommend this apartment to stay in while you are in Madison.
