Great stay!

I was temporarily located in Indianapolis for my job and was so happy to find this place to stay in during that time! The neighborhood is all new builds and the space itself was updated and clean. Host was very friendly and accommodating. Location was perfect, located right next to the Monon trail. Great balance of being close to downtown, but offering a more quiet, peaceful and spacious space. Overall really great stay!

First travel contract score!

For a place to stay at during my first travel assignment, I really couldnt have found a more perfect place! This apartment is very clean, which is important to me and in great condition! I really enjoyed staying here because of how great R was at communicating with, he was always available by text or a call, and was very accommodating with move-in dates and times and move-out dates and times. It was nice to arrive to such a clean place that he also stocks with basic supplies to get you started. I felt safe in this area and didnt have any problems while I was here. Its nice to have a garage connected to your own place too!

Came to Indianapolis, IN for a contract @ IUMethodist Hospital and we had a perfect stay at this beautiful, brand new carriage house apartment. It is both chic and comfortable, had everything we needed and we loved how private it felt. Great neighborhood too; we loved the proximity to the hospital and having The Monon Trail two blocks away for recreation was awesome. Landlord is super responsive, thoughtful and rental process was streamlined. Also, do yourself a favor while there and walk down to Festiva for Sunday brunchyum!

Excellent Stay !!

My best experience so far ! Beautiful property and great area!! As a travel nurse, I have stayed at a few different properties, but this has been by far my best experience. Brand new unit, nice and clean. The amenities were all up to date. Great area. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood, in close proximity to everything . R, the host was perfect. Very responsive and attentive to my need as a guest. He is also very approachable and informative. I was very pleased that he provided some of the essentials needed as I transitioned to the property, such as paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning products. The bedroom even has a sound machine that was very useful for sleeping and meditation !! I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to others. Anytime I am assigned to work in Indiana again, I will be sure to contact R. Thank you !!
