Quiet studio sweet/suite

I stayed here for 3 months, and it was perfect for me as a traveling nurse. The area is quiet for day shift or night, and the landlord is a sweetheart. I highly recommend for healthcare workers. Cute firepit area, great location for shopping needs and for exploring the area.

Ideal location

I would highly recommend this nice, clean 2 br house. It is close to Community Hosp, a beautiful huge community park and a great distillery and pizza joint nearby. Downtown GJ is so nice with local boutiques/great food. Farmers Markets in GJ, Fruita and Palisade. George and Marti are very accommodating and quick to respond, great people!

Excellent!!

I highly recommend this cute 2 bedroom house. I stayed for about 4 months and it worked out great. It is super close to Community Hospital and I rode my bike to work most days. The landlords (George and Marti) are AWESOME! They are very helpful and accommodating. It was clean, well furnished, and comfortable. The surrounding roads are busy but that is typical for all around GJ. I would stay here again if I come back for another contract.

Cute 2 Bedroom Home

This is a charming place to stay! We loved our time here. N is a great host. She was attentive to our needs. When an issue arose, she was on it quickly and had it taken care of in a timely manner. We would recommend this home to anyone in the area.
