Oasis in College Park - All private one bedroom with kitchenette

Property owner is very responsive and available when needed, She will go up and beyond to ensure you are comfortable. I stayed here while on a 13 week assignment at MedStar Washington Hospital Center. It only takes about 25 minutes to get to the hospital from the apartment, and is a very easy drive. The apartment is cozy and well appointed. I don't tend to do much cooking, but there are cooking appliances and utensils for your use. You have your own entrance around back, and Ms. D has nice walk ways through her beautiful gardens leading you to the apartment. It is very quiet, which is great when working rotating shifts. I have been in other basement apartments and been woken up any time someone walked across the floor above me, but here I did not have that problem. The apartment is also in a nice quiet residential neighborhood, plenty of parking and very safe. There is a Plant Fitness and many restaurants to chose from just a short drive away. I would highly recommend staying here!
