Great Place!

We absolutely loved the location of this property. It was right next to Duke University hospital and on a quiet street! The landlord is very responsive and takes care of any issues quickly. We also loved the message chair! Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Great Location, Constant Pests

I'd first like to start off by saying N is responsive and nice. The location is close to many spots & the neighbors were kind. I felt safe at this property. With that being said there was a constant pest issue. N had the unit treated three times after I kept seeing the pests throughout my two-month stay. After each treatment, it did get better but never resolved. The last treatment was about a week before my departure. Another thing that was noted by the pest service is that they saw a lot of spiderwebs upon their first arrival. Which leads to my next critique. The cleanliness of the property was not up to my standards even after Natalie sent her cleaner out. Natalie did say she would remove my cleaning fee. It has only been a week since my departure so haven't seen that $150 returned or my $400 deposit but I usually expect such closer to two weeks.

Comfortable and Trendy Apartment

I enjoyed staying at N**** property! Its very close to Duke University Hospital and to downtown. The apartment had everything I needed- from kitchen supplies to the amazing massage chair. The king size bed and washer/dryer in the unit was a big plus. N**** is an awesome, flexible host and was always very responsive if there was an issue!
