Mimi rocks!

Mimi is the most responsive and kind landlord I've had during my travels. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. The location is great & the complex is very quiet and safe.

Fantastic place!

I can't say enough positive things about this place and its owner. It has everything you need (and some things you didn't realize you needed). It was immaculate and perfectly located. The bed was fantastic and I loved having a walk-in closet. The washer and dryer work great. Most of the street noise is blocked out and even if there's a little noise, sitting on the beautiful patio for morning coffee is worth it! The location is ideal, close to shopping and the beach. The complex feels very safe and is well-maintained. M was a joy to work with throughout the whole process and went out of her way to coordinate with my local family. 10 out of 10 rating!

The Perfect Place!

Ms place really is the perfect place!!! Its stocked with everything you need (dishwasher, W/D in-unit, great cooking supplies, a California king bed), is super conveniently located (several grocery stores and top restaurants nearby, not to mention less than 10min to the beach), and is hosted by an awesome and friendly person! To say we were sad to leave is an understatement! If you are looking for a place to stay in Encinitas, this is the one for you! Shout out to M for always being on top of everything and making sure our stay was perfect it really was!

Amazing condo in Encinitas!

I cant say enough good things about Mimis condo! The massive California king bed is genuinely one of the comfiest beds Ive ever slept on. The kitchen has all updated appliances, including a dishwasher and a double-door fridge. Theres a small high-top dining table perfect for 2 people. The living room was cozy and equipped with a large smart TV that had every app we could possibly need. On days where we wanted to unwind, wed have a glass of wine on the balcony, set up with comfy chairs. And there was in-unit laundry, which is always a plus! We werent able to get much use of the pool/hot tub due to San Diegos crazy weather these past few months, but having it at our disposal was super nice! There was also a gym and tennis courts that we made good use of. On top of it all, M was an incredible landlord. Shes super respectful and was also very responsive whenever we needed something! She was always just a text message away. Encinitas itself is an amazing city, with tons of amazing places to eat and shop, and jaw-dropping beaches. We seriously loved living in Encinitas in Ms condo and will genuinely miss it!
