My stay at carriage house

I had a great stay! The place was nice, quiet, and comfortable, which was perfect for me while working a night shift nursing contract. I felt safe throughout my stay and was able to get the rest I needed during the day. Joan was a wonderful landlord. She was very responsive, accommodating, and always willing to help when needed. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

Carriage house

Joan provided a lovely stay at the Carriage house. I initially stayed for 3 months and extended for another 5 with no issues. This is an upstairs apartment with a full kitchen, living room, dinette area, full bathroom, and beautiful bedroom. Spacious closet. It was exactly what I needed. Friendly neighbors. Less than 10 minute drive to Upstate hospital (downtown location). 15 minute drive or less to major grocery and supply stores. 10 minute drive to Armory Square with great restaurants and night life. Wonderful cafe and sandwich shop just a walk down the block. I'd recommend staying close when on foot. Joan and her friend Rhonda are extremely accommodating and timely with anything you might need- seriously just ask and they will make it happen. Joan treats her tenants like family. I would stay at one of Joan's properties again!

Carriage House in Syracuse

I stayed in the carriage house this past summer when I had a contract at SUNY Upstate. The location was perfect for getting to the hospital on the daily (8min approx) and on my off day, there was a Wegmans, Aldi, Target and Walmart within 15 driving minutes. The unit had a coffee and tea station provided, nice small kitchen, living room with TV, decent bath and a comfortable bedroom. The neighborhood was quiet and the squirrels were friendly. Overall, a great stay. Ms. Joan was also very responsive to communication and action when needed. Would highly recommend.
