A Most Pleasant Experience

As a military veteran, Im no stranger to relocating for work. I understand full well the pain of having to relocate your family to an unfamiliar area and the uncertainty that comes with it. Given the circumstances, living with K and M made the transition less stressful, welcoming me into their beautiful home like a member of the family. I honestly could not have asked for better hosts, and Im forever thankful for their kindness, generosity, hospitality, and willingness to share their home with me. K and M are genuinely good people, fun to hang out with and easy to talk to. Theres plenty to do on the property, which is of exceptional size, and the neighborhood is safe, quiet, and well maintained. I now consider K and M lifelong friends, and I consider myself blessed to have met them.

This was my first experience renting a space from a private owner. I could not ask for a better owner. K and M and S, were very friendly, help full and treated me like family. the rooms were perfect for what I needed. I am a superintendent for a company in Sacramento and this was great. If I'm ever back this way I will rent again.

Home away from home

My stay with K and M was an easy 6 star experience. You will not find better hosts or better accommodations in Anaheim. Not only are they attentive to the needs of their tenants, but they are warm and friendly making you feel so comfortable. Their goal is to make their tenants feel like family and they do an amazing job at that. My room was cozy and spacious and cleaned every 2 weeks. I had a beautiful view from my bedroom of the luxurious pool and huge backyard. No need to leave the property with such amazing views and attractions (pickle ball court & putting green etc) there ! Their home is only an 8 minutes drive from Kaiser Permanente making it very convenient to get to and from work. I can't stress enough how much I enjoyed my stay with K and M and how it was truly my home away from home. 10/10 experience.

Perfect for Traveling Professionals!

I loved my stay at K and M's beautiful property! I am a young traveling professional and have lived many places for short assignments but none have compared to as comfortable and homey as my stay here. The backyard is unbelievable and K and M's hospitality is equally the same. If you need a place to stay that is welcoming, quiet, respectful, and beautiful, look no further! - Thank you so much for everything K and M! I will miss you!

Wonderful, welcoming hosts

I had a wonderful experience staying in K & M's ADU. This was my first travel assignment and they went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me feel at home. They are caring, kind, respectful and truly want you to enjoy your stay. When I was sick they even made homemade soup! And when unable to attend holidays at home, they included me in theirs. I am grateful for such wonderful hosts and new friends. They have a super friendly dog too! The room is spacious and beautifully decorated. The queen sized bed is very comfortable. There is a large walk in closet, huge desk and tv in the room. The unit is attached to the main house but separated by a door. You will share a kitchen and laundry with 1-2 roommates and share a bathroom with 1 of them. (Both current tenants are AMAZING). Kim is a great judge of character and will ensure that it is a comfortable situation for all. The house is in a gorgeous, quiet, safe neighborhood. The property has a stunning backyard with a saltwater pool. It is only a short drive to the best beaches in OC and only a 10 minute drive to CHOC/St. Josephs Hospital. I have extended my stay here several times and highly recommend!
