Quiet Neighborhood

I stayed here for two months and had a great experience. The location is excellentvery close to Kaiser Santa Clara and an easy, straight drive. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and feels very safe. The property itself is lovely, with a beautiful garden and multiple fruit trees that make it feel calm and welcoming. The property owner is very sweet, respectful, and keeps to herself, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it.

cool quiet room in a peaceful neighborhood

L is a cool lady with a pretty interesting life. She is always painting and maintains a fairly regular routine. Always provides ample notice if things are different, and is super approachable with any requests from either direction. She provided a nice place and gave some great options for places to go. Saw a bunch of things I never would have without her suggestions. I was there during the drought and subsequent several week storms, but returning after a couple weeks her garden is something to be admired. If you stay during grapefruit season, grab some because they are some of the best I ever had. She has some strong political opinions, but if you approach in a calm manner about the differences, both parties will gain insight from the conversation, or at least agree to disagree Maple, her cat, can get mouthy sometimes but is cool and never did approach the room or bathroom.
