Clean, Convenient, and Cozy

I would highly recommend a stay at Elvira's condo in Fort Myers. The Regency Condominiums are conveniently located in close proximity to grocery stores, attractions, Fort Myers Beach, restaurants, and much more. The condo itself was clean and cozy, equipped with everything you need for your stay. The grounds of the condominium are very well-kept with a beautiful and clean pool. Elvira is an excellent landlord -- very communicative and is promptly willing to assist you with anything.

Cozy Studio Apt with Separate Full Kitchen with Lanai

This is a very well equipped and immaculately clean and appointed cozy studio apartment with separate full kitchen, lanai, walk in shower with the back of the unit facing a very nice golf course. The unit is located in the Regency Condominiums which also has swimming pool & hot tub, and parking. It is very well located in close proximity to Trader Joes, Fresh Market, and Whole Foods. Close to Regal Movie Theater. There is a 7 Eleven and Bank of America in walking distance to the unit. If you are into fitness walking/running, the road where the unit is located is excellent for both. The furniture is quite nice, the unit has a in unit washer and dryer. The only complaint that I had was that there is not a lot of spare closet space so needed to use clothing rack, and there are no dressers for ones's clothes. There are two cabinets that one could put their clothing, however a dresser would be more effective in my opinion. The owner of the unit is very responsive, friendly, professional.
