Wonderful
My husband and I stayed here for a locums assignment and loved it here. It had everything we needed, and L even provided a rice cooker and small blender to use. The shower has great water pressure, and there is a heated bidet. The kitchen has a fancy filter for drinking water- no PFAS! The beach is beautiful. Generally quiet neighborhood and felt very safe. A few notes about the location: Initially we were concerned about how remote this seemed from Seattle city and grocery stores (no direct public transportation option to Cap Hill or north Seattle), but it actually was not bad at all to drive on the highways to get to work, grocery, or other places. The house itself is definitely worth the commute! Just fyi to future travelers- West Seattle in general is pretty hilly, so it would be helpful to have a car that does well with hills. Perfect 3 bedroom, next to the beach and all of Alki
We stayed here for several months. It's quiet, has 3 bedrooms plus an office, and a lovely kitchen and dining area. It's a 1 minute walk to the beach, and a 3 minute walk to Schmitz park. It's 1 block from the bus to the water taxi, and about 4 blocks from the buses that take you downtown directly. It was so fun to stay here and enjoy it. Everything is really comfortable, well decorated, and it comes with utilities etc. The owners are really nice and very responsive whenever we had any questions to ask.

Loved our Rental!
We loved our stay at L's property near Alki Beach. It was clean, bright, organized and most importantly well furnished and equipped with everything one would look for in a home. L was incredibly responsive and kind and took great care of us and anything we needed during our stay. We were so grateful to find this home as our family transitions to living abroad. Our kids took right to the place and LOVED being a block from the beach and a block from the park. I highly recommend this rental!

Amazing
Our family loved every minute in this home. It is walking distance to Alki beach and restaurants, less than a 5 minute walk. The home was very clean and up to date. The landlord is very nice and is quick to respond. 5/5 stars!
