Great Location! Near by stores, restaurants and medical facilities. Your own personal apt with numerous smart features and great amenities to add to your comfort. I felt safe and comfortable in this beautiful hidden gem that provided everything I needed during my stay. Thanks Veronica for being an exceptional host.

I've stayed here for a month and some change and it was nothing but wonderful. Veronica was very understanding and corporative the whole time. I would definitely stay again!

Veronica was an absolutely wonderful host and the place was completely private and very well maintained! Veronica was very flexible and worked with my crazy nightshift schedule perfectly. I had no issues with her or the place at all! I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here as I would stay again if ever needed!

Fantastic Property With A Fabulous Host

My husband and I stayed here for 90 days while relocating and couldnt have been happier. The one-bedroom rental is cozy, clean, and perfectly equipped with a living room, galley kitchen, and even a washer and dryereverything we needed to feel at home. The property is well-maintained, and the host is simply fantastic, always available, and incredibly welcoming. Whatever you may need is close by. Excellent location. We highly recommend this place for anyone needing a comfortable mid-term stay!

Maintenance & cleanliness issues, not really private-can hear everything from her side

At move in, I saw mold in washer detergent tray. I bleached it. My clothes still smelled after washing. I saw active mold in the rubber rim & let her know. She denied it existed, not looking at it. I asked for remediation & she pushed back. I finally sent pictures. She reluctantly scheduled service call. Replacement rim ordered, wrong part came, spanning 2 weeks to fix. I asked to use her W/D, I was told to seek other options. My cost $30 for laundromat . She got angry w/request to offset to my rent, threatened late fee & suggested I end my lease early term fee waived/offered 2 week notice for me to do so. I was very uncomfortable there & sought other housing/travel. It took some doing, moving dates a bit to work it out. She was angry. Then, she had a loud all day party not warning me in advance-the interior door from her kitchen/family room is only 3 ft from my bedroom/bath/kitchen. Unit is very small, carpet needs deep clean & bath faucet filter had mold. She texts only-no in person.

The property is clean, comfortable, and has a private entrance and exit. It is a great location to the grocery, restaurants, and main roads.

I had a wonderful stay at this property! It is in a convenient location in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The host is very kind and sets up the space so that you have everything you need when you arrive! I highly recommend it.

Awesome Place

This place was amazing. It was in a perfect location from my job! I loved that I was supplied with everything I needed for my ENTIRE stay. I really felt like I was living in a hotel suite. If I am able to come again I will most definitely be coming back to stay here.

Cozy, private, and VERY nice!

My stay here was short because my contract was cut, but it was worth every single moment and penny! This is an en-suite off of a newly built home, with an entire kitchen, bedroom, living room, bathroom and washer/dryer. You also have access to the back screened in porch to enjoy some sun and a book without being eaten alive by bugs ;) All locks are keypads so no keys needed!! You also have your own parking spot in the driveway. The host, V is absolutely wonderful and very accommodating. If you are in need of cozy and well kept place to stay, this is it!
