Outstanding, convenient, well-kept, quiet, with thoughtful owner/landlord

I rented this lovely small house temporarily during late 2025 while my own house was getting repaired and a lot of moves / career changes were happening; Kelly was AMAZINGLY helpful and accomodating as plans had to keep modifying; I"d recommend this (and Kelly) at the highest level.

Lovely Home

The location is walking distance to a grocery store, great local coffee shop, parks, restaurants! The home is wonderfully furnished and comfortable. Kelly is fantastic landlord, always quick to respond to questions, could not have had a better experience.

Greay Stay!

We had a great stay here! The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. A perfect location, especially for working at Sacred Heart. The house was cozy and warm. Kelly was a great landlord. Would stay again.

Cute little house and amazing landlord

I stayed with Kelly for pretty much a year at this cute little home! It's in a great, quiet, and safe neighborhood in the south hill! The house is well furnished will all the amenities you would need! I travel with my 3 little dogs and Kelly was super welcoming to them and me! The yard was perfect for them to run around in! She is very responsive so if you need her, she is always ready and willing to help (or find a solution if needed)! I can't recommend this place enough to anyone that comes to Spokane on their travels! If I come back I would definitely stay here again!
