This place was so nice and Vicki the landlord is very sweet. I had my own space and could come go as I wanted and really felt like it was my own one bedroom apt. Everything kept near in the shared spaces and Vicki was always available to tell me places to shop or go to in the area for my days off

Amazing stay!

Victoria was an excellent host, provided me with a list of resources for food and entertainment which I found extremely helpful navigating the area. House and property were clean and comfortable. One of my favorite furnished finders rentals. Will definitely come again!

Awful experience

I had the exact same experience as Aaron. Initially, Victoria seemed to be nice. However, she became unbearable very soon. I tried my best to keep her happy, I stayed out of the backyard because the pig would get upset, I did a lot of pet sitting of her dog and pig when she was out of town, I helped unloading the dishwasher (I was literally told off for doing this!!!!), I took over cleaning the 3-people shared bathroom (when it was supposed to be shared with just one person). Every thing I did used to upset her; she’d tell me she felt she was BABY SITTING ME because I left a CLEAN Tupperware onto the table, she’d blame me for a roof fan breaking down (yeah, as if I were Spider-Man to reach it and break it), she’d blame us tenants for damaging her sidewalk and threat us to be charged for it, etc. And every time, she’d end up apologizing, which was simply annoying.

Unprofessional

I stayed with Victoria for several months. She did a terrible job at setting expectations for the household. She would expect you to read her mind and when you did not, she would get extremely upset. She was fantastic at making mountains out of mole hills (one of her part-time jobs). Conversations between Victoria and I were nothing more than surface-level. She did not truly care for my well-being. She is a miserable person with no joy. Stay very far away. 0/10.

Great stay

Room was clean and comfortable. Host made me feel very welcome. Everything I needed for a great stay was available. Highly recommend!

Comfy and Cozy!

Space was very clean and host was extremely welcoming throughout my stay! Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and house is in close proximity to everything you could possibly need.

Great place to stay!

V was a fantastic host! The room was very comfortable/clean and felt right at home during my assignment. She provided space and privacy but was right there if needed.The location is perfect with everything you need close by. Beach is a short drive which made the trip perfect! Would definitely recommend!!
