Cozy Midtown Ventura

Great Place !

This place in Ventura was perfect over the fall! Definitely cozy, clean, and close to the hospital I was working at. The host was professional but welcoming , responsive, and nice people. The whole process was smooth and easy. Highly recommend to any traveling medical professionals looking for a comfortable spot in a safe neighborhood.

Beware! I stayed on the property 3 months.. and it was the worst rental i ever had!! 1. No A/c.. and they have bolts on the windows so you cant even get fresh air! 2. Owners live next door. And they give you no privacy!! The husband is always in your drive way lurking around or blasting loud music! They have a security camera facing your front door. 3. The husband saying sexual comments to my girlfriend.. asking her to spin around for him.. or wanting to chat on how much sex the previous occupant had!! Outrageous... 4.The place smells bad outside they have chickens.. which are loud and smelly. That being said... i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Definitely not worth the money!
