Great Location

Close to transit and a nice neighborhood. The apartment is nice and has everything you need.

Perfect location

This place was a great location. It was clean and lots of room for a studio apartment. Nice easy and safe walk to Fashion Centre in Pentagon City. Very easy commute to the airport as well. Landlord was great and responsive. I would definitely stay here again if i take another contract in the area.

Excellent Location with Everything You Need

Let me start by saying that this apartment is in an excellent location. You can walk to one of two Metro Station in 10 min to 15 minutes. This makes it easy to get around. Additionally, bus stops are all around. Grocery stores are a convenient walk nearby, the Pentagon City Mall is an easy walk, as is the Costco, and lots of great places to eat. I had a dog who loved it. It was easy for us to walk outside, go into the residential neighbors around the corner, or talk a walk down to the dog park across from the Pentagon City Mall. The apartment is small, but this makes it easy to quickly clean. It has everything you need in the kitchen, the bathroom, a washer/dryer, and Internet. Top it off with off-street parking in the driveway or the option of street parking in front of the door, with the parking passes that come with the apartment. Finally, the property management company is responsive. Just send a text or call with any issue and it will be timely addressed.
