Charming Bungalow, Great Location!

We are Nomads who have lived in both Riverside and Murray Hill neighborhoods. This bungalow's situated perfectly, in walking distance to bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants and on a very quiet sweet with friendly neighbors. Carol was attentive, friendly and cares about her home. We look forward to staying again!

Beautiful Historic Home

I was in Jacksonville for work and I had the pleasure of staying at Carol's home for a couple months. The home is a nice, quiet, tree lined street with great neighbors. There is a long driveway with plenty of parking. Carol is very responsive as well as a host. The home is 2 blocks from Edgewood street where you can walk to restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and breweries. The historic brick home has a lot of charm and I enjoyed having breakfast/working on the enclosed front porch.

Long Term Stay

We lived in this home for 16 non consecutive months over the last two years and could not have been happier with our stay. The house is so inviting, Carol and Peter were fantastic landlords, and it is close to many stores, restaurants, and other points of interest. Definitely recommend!

The Best Place

This place was just what we needed. Carol was extremely helpful and was always communicating with us. Always told us when someone was coming by to mow the grass or doing anything on the property. When I ended up in a housing bind she allowed me to extend for a couple days so I didnt have to book a hotel. Wonderful place and management.
