a cozy little spot...

This apartment is well furnished with everything you will need for your stay, it is clean and well maintained and the landlord (James) is very accessible if any issues do arise. The neighbors are always around to help pick up packages and such. The location is perfect for commuting anywhere in Modesto and it's only a few blocks from downtown. I loved walking to the Farmers Market on Saturday mornings, catching events at the State Theater and having such easy access to all of the parades and festivals over the summer. *Check out the Modesto Museum and the McHenry Mansion (both within a few block of the house) to learn about the city's rich history, pick up a few bits of trivia to impress the locals and you absolutely must try The Old Mill Cafe for the best diner food around! Don't miss Porch Fest in the Spring and Graffiti in the summer!* If I ever make it back to Modesto, I would not hesitate to stay in any of James' properties. This is an unbeatable stay for the price!

Good for Healthcare Professionals

Fairly spacious property with full kitchen and washer/dryer. Good location close to downtown (plenty of food choices). Safe as it is gated and parking in the back of the property. James, the landlord, stays on top and responds quickly.

Home away from home

This was the holy grail for a furnished apartment. It's located near downtown Modesto so it's very walkable. It took me 8 minutes to get to sutter memorial. The apartment is well decorated so it feels like home. The living furniture is absolutely comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed, good cookware, utensils, Keurig. It's huge if you're into meal prepping, it's a cooks dream. I brought my own knives but never unpacked them because the provided ones were better :). The neighbors were nice and welcoming and James was awesome from the start. I'd recommend this unit to anyone who enjoys their privacy and I always felt safe and secure.

Student Travel Stay

The property is a great place to book a stay in Modesto. The unit is well stocked in the kitchen and clean. The property has a heater/ac, so it was not too cold or hot during my stay. Although the property is in downtown, there is secured parking, which made my stay safe the whole time I was there. The neighbors are nice and helpful. The location is close to most major hospitals and downtown, with many excellent restaurants and small-town events. Lastly, the property owner is very accommodating and helpful. Communication from the owner is a plus!

Crystal and Danny

Super convenient location near Doctors Medical Center and Sutter Health Memorial. This place was very neat; it has everything youll need and then some. L, the neighbor, is such a sweetheart; she and T, her husband, are very helpful and kind. It is basically in downtown Modesto so some places are walking distance. The property is gated so that was a nice security feature. J was also very responsive and helpful. Dont be afraid to be communicative with him; he is very easy to talk to and reach out to if need be. Thanks for the stay J!

The perfect rental for travelers!!

I recently had the pleasure of renting J property that was not only clean but also incredibly accommodating. The rental was spotless upon my arrival, and J had clearly gone to great lengths to ensure that everything was in perfect order. In addition to the cleanliness of the rental, I was also impressed with how well-stocked it was. The kitchen had all of the utensils, pots, and pans that I needed to cook my meals, and there were enough towels and linens available for my use. It is also conveniently situated near numerous food places and hospitals, making it incredibly easy for me to get food and get to work. Throughout my stay, J was incredibly helpful and responsive. He promptly answered any questions I had and provided me with detailed instructions for accessing the property and using all of its amenities. What made the rental experience even better was the kindness of the neighbors. They went out of their way to ensure that I felt at home and safe in the community. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better rental experience. The location was ideal for my needs, and the commitment to guest satisfaction from J truly set it apart from other rentals I have stayed in. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a clean and well-cared-for property.
