Two story modern home

GREAT LOCATION!!!

My stay here was wonderful. I came as a travler and left as family . Space is open, clean, quiet. Seema made me feel very confortable and very informative of the area. I am happy I was able to find such a wonderful location.

Excellent stay in Ventura

I've stayed at this property twice and both stays were great! The home is clean, organized, and newly upgraded including the shared bathroom. It is conveniently located within the city and with shopping centers and parks nearby. The host is warm, welcoming and friendly. Kitchen and laundry access also make this a comfortable stay and I felt particularly safe as a female traveler. I plan to stay again in the future.

Friendly and clean

I only stayed for a few weeks but Seema was very kind and helpful as I was new to the area and didn't know anyone. The property is very close to a well-lit park that has a 1.5 mile loop if you like to run and is close to The Collection for convenient shopping. The dogs and cat are very sweet and do not have access to the bedrooms.

cozy home

S is a wonderful host. Felt like home.Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Very neatly picked up and clean. Full accessibility to laundry and kitchen was a plus along with separate refrigerator. Loved the stay!
