Entry is secure with a personal code and alarm system, which adds peace of mind.It’s a working household with shared common space but it rarely feels like it. Interactions were always pleasant, and communication with the owner was easy, open, and respectful.The kitchen is fully stocked with everyday essentials, most appliances are new, and there’s designated food storage + bi-monthly cleaning, which keeps everything running smoothly.The room is spacious, dark, and perfect for night shift workers. The ceiling fan is efficient, and the combination of shades + blackout curtains gives you full control over lighting. Storage is more than enough—you won’t run out of space.The bathroom is smaller but has a luxe feel with multiple shower heads, clean tiling, and nice lighting.The owner set the tone with a full tour and a thoughtful welcome basket—a small touch that made a big difference.

Wonderful Host and Comfortable Stay!

I had a great experience staying at Wilhs home. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcome and comfortable. The room was spotless, quiet, and well-appointed with everything I needed for an extended stay it truly felt like a home away from home. Wilh was friendly, respectful, and attentive without ever being intrusive. She went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed and created a warm, peaceful environment that made my time there so enjoyable. The location was convenient, safe, and close to everything I needed for work and daily errands. Comfortable place to stay

Wil is truly an exceptional person. My husband and I found ourselves in a difficult situation, struggling to find a place to stay, but Wil was the only one who went above and beyond to accommodate us. Her home is not only comfortable and inviting, but it is also impeccably clean. She ensures that the space is maintained to the highest standard, with professional cleaners coming in every two weeks to keep everything in top condition. We are incredibly grateful for her kindness, generosity, and attention to detail. Its been a wonderful experience, and we couldnt have asked for a better host

Amazing room and hospitality

Wil and Warren were amazing hosts throughout my whole stay, they made me feel very welcomed rather than a stranger at their home, their studio set up in the basement was very cozy and easy access to laundry and to kitchen make it very useful as well as access to movie room and backyard for unwinding, the area is very nice and calm, good walking areas nearby and overall safe neighborhood, wil went above and beyond providing me an invitation for Christmas knowing I would be working and away from family, that alone made me feel appreciated, thank you so much for opening your house to me Wil, I had an amazing experience!

Ms. Ws home was wonderfully welcoming. She is an exceedingly kind and responsive host. My entire stay has been extremely comfortable and it felt like a home away from home. I have stayed here on two separate occasions totaling 6months and I would recommend it to anyone! Safe neighborhood and parking also.

W made us all feel at home and was ALWAYS available if/when we needed anything. She opened up her home and provided us all with a warm welcome. ALWAYS friendly and became a good friend. Property location in a multi-cultural, low-crime neighborhood within 5 minutes or less of shopping, amenities, and neighboring hospitals within the area. I met the entire family at one point and all are so very welcoming and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend this place to any traveling healthcare professional looking for relaxation, a sense of security and convenience.

Many days of my visitation, I felt like part of the family: inspired and welcomed. Respect her establishment as a guest and she will make sure youre well received.
