The Perfect Quiet Cozy Condo Just Minutes from Downtown and All Points of Interest.

Clean condo and great location

I rented this condo for my son's recent 8 week internship. Owner is extremely responsive. Location is unbeatable, right off I-435 & around 20min to downtown. Parking is ample & many amenities such as grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, gas stations less than 5 min away. Condo itself is well appointed and very clean. Would highly recommend Phillip's property!

Great property manager and neighbors

P is the best! He was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had during our stay. We didn't interact much with our neighbors, but when we did, they were all very sweet and genuine. We never really heard them from our condo, so they never kept us awake at night. The condo was perfect for our 14-week stay in Kansas City. The windows looking into the living room bring so much beautiful, natural light.

This furnished apartment was perfect for my stay in KC! It had all the necessities I needed in the kitchen. It was in a gated community so I felt safe and secure. The landlord was very easy to reach when I needed stuff, I had no problems. Would definitely stay here again!

Just perfect

Just perfect for my stay - from the fully furnished, washer machine, location, & amenities. This has everything I need and could ask for while away from home. Love the owner too. Gave me great recommendations for food & the local area. I will book again for sure!
