Such A Cute Stuido Space!

I absolutely loved living here! It's such a cute studio, and A (the landlord) has done a great job decorating and utilizing the space for optimal storage and comfort. The thing I think I love most about it is the spacious backyard. There's comfy furniture, so when it's nice outside, you can sit and relax in your little world. While you technically share the townhouse with another renter, you don't even notice. You have your own private entrance through the gate leading to the backyard and entry door. Really, the only time I've ever interacted with them was when we'd pass each other in the driveway. The studio itself is laid out well. Even though it's small, it doesn't feel tight, or like you're always bumping into something. I love that she put in a washer/dryer, and the bathroom is a good size. I love that it has a tub/shower combo! A is also super sweet and easy to work with. I would 10/10 recommend this as a living space when coming to Nashville!
