This place was perfect for a long term stay! The owner was very responsive and quick to solve any problem if it arose! The location is pretty central as well. Pretty quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again if I am back in Augusta.
I stayed with Winn for 4 months!!! The place is super cute and close to hospitals. Loved the fenced in backyard so my pup could just walk around after I got home. The park across the street is perfect for anything -walking, dog park, and picnics. Loved the convince of the washer and dryer. and the shower the BEST water pressure. I totally stay with Winn again at any one of his places.
My dog and I rented the carriage house for 6 months and we had a great stay. The unit looks small on the outside but was surprisingly spacious. Its equipped with a W/D which is always a nice touch. It is a shared yard, but its plenty big enough and luckily the tenants in the house had a friendly dog, so my pup had a playmate. The neighborhood itself is quiet and directly across the street from a nice park and dog park. It was my third time renting a property with this landlord and I always appreciated his friendly demeanor. He is very responsive and just all around pleasant to deal with. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again! :-D
