BOOK IMMEDIATELY!

Cannot recommend this property enough! Where to even start? First off, J could not have been more welcoming or kind. He was great to communicate with and was always quick to address any needs or concerns. He and his wife have done an incredible job renovating this property. It has everything you could possibly need for a long term stay, including SimpliSafe locks on the doors which is appreciated! The kitchen was fully stocked, great pantry and closet space, etc. The neighborhood and street is extremely quiet and safe. The townhouse is a 5-7 min drive from UK's main employee parking lot so the location couldn't be more convenient. It's also 5-10 mins from grocery stores, downtown, and good restaurants! The cherry on top to this property is the cute little patio to sit outside and relax before or after a shift. It has been my favorite location in 3 years of traveling and I know you will love it too!

Cute condo in safe neighborhood

I stayed here for 3 months while working at UK hospital, and would definitely stay here again. J was welcoming, easy to get in touch with, and quick to respond to any questions! The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and a 10 minute drive to the hospital. I worked nights and never had any trouble sleeping. The apartment was clean and spacious, with everything I could need. A washer and dryer, kitchen supplies to cook meals at home, and a security system.
