Nice condo in Carlsbad

This is a nice condo located in a gated community of Carlsbad. Its walking distance to grocery stores and other shops, a short 10 minute drive to the beach, and easy access to the I-5 freeway. The housemate is friendly, fun, and joyful. The room was clean and access to a balcony was nice. The backyard was also enjoyable for having meals outside. The garage has room for storing suitcases and other belongings. I highly recommend !

Excellent unit, private, peaceful backyard, close to everything!

I love this place! The backyard is peaceful, private, beautiful. P, the Landlord (housemate) is gracious, attentive, and always positive. There is a washer/dryer available and often times I will have the entire bottom half of the house to myself. The entrance is private, and it is close to my favorite beaches (Swami's and Moonlight beaches)! The cost is low for this location, and you will not find a better deal for what you get anywhere (believe me I looked everywhere!).
