I recently lived in this Henderson unit and was genuinely sad to leave. As a woman living alone, I always felt completely safe. The home is tucked in a quiet corner of the neighborhood, with only neighbors or delivery drivers passing by, which made it peaceful and private. The location is fantasticright at Eastern Ave and St. Rose Parkwaywith everything you need close by. I often utilized the nearby walking trail and park. The home had everything I needed: coffee maker, pots and pans, and smart TVs in every room. It looked exactly like the photosclean, well-maintained, and fully equipped. Michelle was wonderfulvery responsive and helpful, though I rarely needed anything because there were no problems. It was also comforting to know she lived nearby in case of an emergency. I highly recommend Michelle and this property. If I ever return to Henderson, shell be my first call!

I stayed in this unit for 4 months. Convenient location- very close to Eastern Ave, St. Rose Parkway, and I-215 freeway. Only 15 minutes away Harry Reid Airport. The area is safe. While it does have a single garage, there is plenty of parking outside the unit for additional vehicles. An elementary school is within walking distance of the home, so this home is ideal for families. The furnishings are adequate for daily use. All televisions are ready for your streaming accounts. The internet is reliable to manage multiple devices. Finally, the pictures match the property. What you see is what you get! A nice, clean, convenient, and safe unit! A very responsive landlord is also nice (who lives locally, nearby).
