Just what you need

My husband and I lived in this home for six months while I worked at Sanford Hospital. It is well suited for two people and a dog. Although the house is older and modest in size, the landlord, Staci, has done an excellent job decorating the space and adding thoughtful storage solutions. Any maintenance issues were promptly addressed, and Staci was consistently responsive, professional, and empathetic. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe. The home is located across from the back side of the hospital, so occasional EMS sirens and helicopter noise can be heard, though this was never an issue for me. I especially appreciated the ability to walk to and from work. I would recommend this property to anyone seeking a convenient location close to work and who is comfortable with a smaller living space.
