You Could Not Ask For A Better Rental!

We cannot say enough great things about this property not to mention the wonderful landlords, J and T! We stayed for seven months as we came to Kansas City to help our daughter with her new baby, our first grandchild. The size was perfect for the two of us. The kitchen was updated with plenty of space. The master closet was a dream, and I wish I had that at my own home, lol. In addition, there was still plenty of extra storage in closets around the house. The furniture was very comfortable and met our needs. The master bedroom, the one to the left of the bathroom, had terrific blackout curtains. The spare bedroom, to the right of the bathroom had blackout shades. The TVs in the living room and bedrooms were equipped with Roku devices, which was great to get all of our streaming shows. I loved the front room, which we used as an office. The ring camera and motion detecting lights on the side of the house made us feel safe. We loved the deck and the privacy fence for our dogs.

Home away from home!!!

Spent almost a year at this property as a long term rental while working an assignment. The neighborhood is quiet and everything you would wantvery safe with convenient surroundings!! The house itself is beautiful and in very clean, pristine condition. The owners provided kitchenware and appliances you wouldnt even think to bring (ie crockpot, coffee maker)it really was my home away from home. The other amenities made my stay very comfortable: W/D, garage, attic, and the backyard with a deck (my very favorite part). The owners did an incredible job with open communication, quick to fix anything that came up, maintaining the house (yard work, shoveling driveway during winter), and keeping an eye out when I was out of town. As a night shift nurse, i never had any problems with getting sleep during the day before my shift. I, truly, have nothing but phenomenal words for my experience with this property and the owners who went above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend to anyone.
