There is wildlife in the tall oak tree in the fenced-in yard in front. The squirrels love eating little treats, like nuts, when you leave them out. The landscape in front is new and is taken care of during your stay. The backyard has a tall 10-foot wooden fence, where you can have a private area to hang out and not see your neighbor next door.
