wonderful location, private, clean

The property was wonderful. I stayed for 6 months and the owner was a delight to work with. Private space, safe, and literally across the street from Asante Rouge Regional (it took me 4 minutes to walk from the apartment to the time clock!) Came with EVERYTHING I needed and more! I highly recommend this property and the owner!

My stay at The Loft

the place itself is conveniently located. Mins away from groceries and downtown, steps away from nearest Kronos at Asante. The Loft had the basic necessities I needed like kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies etc to get me started. I cant thank Jared enough for taking care of me the time the ac failed during the hottest week in the summer. He was out of town but was able to get a temporary window ac delivered to keep the loft cool until he was able to replace the existing ac. Would definitely stay at the Loft again if ever I take another assignment at Asante!

comfort and convenience

I loved this loft! Its a 3 minute walk to Asante Rogue ! Every day I tried to see how late I could get up and still be on time to work! I think 1810 hours was as late as I got up. Really! And so comfortable and gorgeous. J, the landlord, also so great.
