Clean, quiet, was perfect for us and our dog!

Ken was an excellent landlord! We found the neighborhood to be quiet, there's a bit of construction near the river, but very quiet at night. Loved the cozy feel, felt very secure with the deadbolt locks, cameras and fenced in yard. We were there for 4 months and it was just fine for us and our dog.

Construction is completed and the area is thriving! Fenced yard is great for those with pups, so glad you could take advantage of it. Thanks for staying, Take care.

Couldn't ask For More

Clean Comfortable, Quiet Neighborhood. Landlord was exceptional. Even came right over to help two country bumpkins scan for channels on a smart TV even though his wife had just given birth. For having to live in town while our quiet country home was rebuilt after a fire I couldn't have asked for anything more in a place to stay, and in a landlord. Highly recommend.

Excellent

The house was clean and cozy. Communication with K was easy and hassle free. He went out of his way several times to help us. Having garage space, a backyard, and great location were icing on the cake.

Quite and Comfortable

My girlfriend and I stayed here as travel nurses. It was a great place to stay close to May Clinic, nice fenced in back yard for the dog, walking trails right out the door and quite neighborhood.

Such a great place to stay! Close to town and the hospital! Our pets loved the back yard.

The fenced in backyard has been a big hit. I'm glad the pets were able to take full advantage of the space to run and burn some energy. Thanks for staying, always welcome!
