Clean upscale home 2.5 miles from Novant NHRMC

Cozy and peaceful

This stay was perfect. The house was very quiet and peaceful. It was very clean and looked just as it did in the photos. The host was great with communication and very responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here. It is 5 minutes from a lot of options for downtown restaurants and coffee shops too.

Cute and comfy space

This place was great. There is the park across the street, and the brewery and coffee shops of the soda pop district a just a few blocks away. But you don't get any of the noise from the area. 5min drive to the hospital. Close to the airport and the downtown area. Also 25 to 30 min drive to some nice beaches. Bed was comfortable. I worked nights and slept well during the day. The space is small but for one person it is just fine. The owner was super helpful and responded quickly if I had any questions or concerns.

Happy I stayed here.

Made getting to work really easy. 7 minute commute. If I was a taller person 5'10"+ then I think I would struggle to use the sink because of the ceilings being slanted. The laundry concierge was really nice. The TV was new and the apps on it worked without any issues. I spent a lot of time in bed and it was clean and comfy. The bathroom was modern and the shower was a nice getaway. I wasn't cooking so I made salad bowls and used the microwave. Internet worked great. Parking was a little strange at first but I learned that parking halfway on the street in Wilmington is the norm and my car never was messed with. The people in the area were very friendly and quick to make kind conversation. You're within a 5 minute walk to a great brick oven pizza shop and brewery. There's also the Half which is a sandwich shop about 10 minute walk that sells out of food daily, so good. Downtown is a 15 min walk. great food/drink.

Perfect house!!!!

The owner, the house are just perfect for a little get away or a short term rental. The owner was very flexible is dates and working with two travel nurses and a small dog. The perfect little fenced in back yard was much needed for privacy and relaxation. The house came with everything that was needed, cleaning supplies , coffee maker, furniture and parking! Perfect spot being close to down town and the hospital. Recommend 10/10
