All guest stays over one month will be required to add professional cleaning services every other week. Cleaning services are paid for by landlord and reimbursed by guest/tenant. Depending on the level of cleaning required, the fee typically ranges from $150 to $250 per clean. The final clean will be deducted from the security deposit after move-out and could be higher than the bi-weekly cleanings due to the detailed nature.
