I would not recommend renting from this landlord, especially for travel nurses. I moved in on the 10th of the month but was required to pay for a full months rent upfront, which I believed included a deposit. After my lease ended, the landlord refused to refund $833, stating it was because he had to take the property off the market something that was never disclosed beforehand. This feels extremely misleading and unfair. Travel nurses should be very cautious: you may be charged for a full month even if you only occupy part of it, with no refund provided. Overall, poor communication and unexpected charges. I strongly advise other travel nurses to get everything in writing and clarify rent proration before booking.
