Private Studio Apartment Over Detached Garage

We stayed at this studio apartment for 3 months in the winter of 2025-2026. Lee was a great landlord and we felt very safe in the apartment. It's about a 15 minute drive to Fort Bragg, where my husband was working. The private washer and dryer downstairs worked great and the apartment provided everything that we truly needed. There aren't many fancy kitchen appliances or a dishwasher, but we knew that going in and the price for the apartment made it worth it. There was a grill on the front porch that we enjoyed using. The place is not fancy, but it's clean, safe and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. Would recommend.
