Good people
Rhonda and Bob are good people. After signing a contract and giving them a deposit, my contract was cancelled a week before moving in. They voided my deposit check even though I broke the rental agreement. They also invited me to come back to their apartment next time I would be working in the area. It is hard to find landlords like Rhonda and Bob so don't miss this opportunity to rent from them.

Perfect Stay
This unit is a perfect one bedroom with a private entrance. The property owners really went the extra mile to provide everything needed and were very attentive to ensure my stay was comfortable. There was plenty of privacy and a small patio in front of the unit. There was plenty of space and a dedicated parking spot. Would recommend to anyone looking in this area!
