Great Stay!

Single travel nurse here. I was initially hesitant living with someone from FF. But it turned out to be a wonderful living situation. I scored with this rental and ended up staying 3 months which was longer than I had anticipated. The home is beautiful, clean, and spacious. You have everything you could possibly need. And Denny is a spectacular human, roommate, and now friend. I highly recommend this rental.

Travel Nurse Review

Im a female traveling solo and just needed a room to rent. I feel very fortunate that I was able to stay in Dennys place for 3 months and would have loved to stay even longer if only my contract was extended. His home is clean, spacious and beautiful. Previous reviews of Denny have been consistent. Hes respectful, quiet and kind (best roommate you can ask for!) Location is in a safe neighborhood. Close 5-10 min drives to the hospital I worked at, neighboring parks, stores and access to a running track, pickleball and tennis courts! I very much enjoyed my stay and would definitely do so again if Im in the area for work.

As a female, I was initially a bit hesitant about staying in a shared space with roommates, but I had no issues during my time here. The house is clean, well-maintained, and incredibly spacious-it often felt like I had the place to myself. Denny is great to work with and very accommodating. I occasionally had late shifts ending around 1:00 am, and he made sure the porch lights stayed on for me, which I really appreciated. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, making it an overall comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I rented a bedroom from Denny for a few months and had a great experience. The house is spacious and very clean. Its in a safe, walkable neighborhood and close to the school and hospital. The owner is very kind, friendly, and accommodating.

Long-Term Stay

I rented the bedroom with private bath at Ds for approximately five months. The location was very convenient from the facility I worked at and it was safe. D was quick to respond if I ever needed anything and was very accommodating. I had my own private bath, which was nice. Other than the bath, I had my own area in the cupboard/fridge that I can put my groceries. I highly recommend staying at Ds place if youre seeking a place to stay in Hermiston! As long as youre respectful of the other tenants in the house, I think Ds place is the perfect property for you.

I was hesitant to get a room in a home, as I typically dont like having roommates, but I have loved my time here. The home is stylish and clean, in a nice neighborhood and I feel safe there. They home is quiet and comfortable. The owner, D, is very personable, friendly, and quick to respond to any requests I have had. Great value for the money! I wish every roommate situation was this nice!

Awesome place!

Big comfortable bedroom with attached bathroom. Bedroom has TV. Beautiful home with an open floor plan. Home has comfortable, modern furniture. Kitchen has everything you need. Owners room opposite side of home. Owner is very nice and accommodating. Privacy has not been an issue. There are living 2 spaces as well. Parking in driveway. I really felt like I hit the jackpot finding this rental!
