Apartment Close to Hospital
This 2 br/2 bath apartment has a good sized kitchen, comfy beds, and W/D in unit. I felt very safe living here and often walked to work. Swedish Cherry Hill, PCC, All The Best, and Safeway are within walking distance. This Apt also comes with a reserved parking space, right in front of the building. The property owner, B, is just a text or phone call away. I would definitely stay here again.
Lots of space for the price
This rental is in a great location. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to PCC, Safeway and Grocery Outlet as well as some restaurants. It is also relatively close to Swedish, Harborview and Virginia Mason. The apartment comes with one parking spot right in front of the property which was super convenient. Since the property is right across the street from the Horace Mann school there is typically plenty of off-street parking within a block or two of the property. The beds were comfy and the place is on the quieter side for being in the city.
