I loved staying at this condo. It felt like home and definitely cozy. Everything is so close and convenient especially the hospitals. The landlord hospitality was impeccable. This is the best place to stay!
This is a great apartment located in downtown Winston. Fully furnished and the kitchen is well stocked. Clean and centrally located. We stayed for a wedding and didnt drive anywhere the entire weekend. Everything is within walking distance. The property managers are easy to work with and accommodating. I would rent from them again in a heartbeat.
About the landlord
Kevin
My brother, Jason, and I both own the condo. He permanently resides in Asheville, NC and I live here in Winston Salem. We are not native to North Carolina, but have both been here almost forty years. Since I am here in Winston Salem, it makes it very easy for me to communicate with tenants and take care of any issues that may come up. Jason and I are both laid back and willing to work with professionals needing temporary housing to ensure their time here in the triad is a positive experience.
