Charming Historic Retreat with Modern Comforts

Staying at this beautiful 1930’s carriage house was an absolute delight! We especially loved the peaceful treetop views and the breezeway outdoor space — perfect for morning coffee or relaxing dinners in the evening. The home was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including washer/dryer access, WiFi, and streaming services. The combination of character, comfort, and convenience made this one of the most memorable stays we’ve had. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing getaway!

Treetop stay

Staying at this property during my 6 month work assignment was wonderful! The landlord is very communicative and responds to any questions/concerns in a timely manner. They were also respectful of my privacy. The property is a dream! The home very cozy and comfortable. It is very close to the airport and Camp Creek marketplace stores and restaurants, which was very convenient. I highly recommend this listing!

Charming and Convenient Carriage House

I enjoyed my stay in the Treetop Carriage House. The beds and furniture were comfortable and I loved the special touches and amenities. Also, I felt safe there, which was obviously important to me! The house was convenient to good restaurants and bars. The owners were responsive and respectful of my privacy. I would definitely stay there again and can recommend it highly!

Quaint, Lovely Property

Loved our stay at this cute bungalow in East Point! It has the vintage charm with all the amenities you would need. The owners are responsive and helpful! Would 100% recommend.

Pretty Decent

The neighborhood is quiet and spacious. The landlords are to themselves, kind and responsive. The only thing this rental needs improvement on is the heating/AC unit and electrical fuses. The window AC and fans are sufficient during the summer. Around fall and winter the heaters aren't enough to keep the entire place warm. Besides that, the stay was good.

Actual stay okay, fees questionable

I stayed all summer from June to August. Landlords were normal, nice people. However as the website states, there is a cleaning fee - I am unsure on whether thats for them cleaning before or after your stay but it was paid. I figured it was for products like cleaning and whatever else they supplied but when I checked out I was charged for dirty dishes and rust stains (rust stains being reasonable in my opinion however they did charge 25 dollars out of the refundable deposit when rust products are like $6) they asked me to wipe down all of the counters and everything, take out the trash, basically doing the cleaning and chores for them before I left so the 150 cleaning fee makes no sense to me when they want you to do all of the cleaning before you leave other than the checking out process/ after stay the actual stay was okay.
