Happy Place

This was a nice home with a good layout as each of us had one side out the home for our own space & the middle area for family & friends time. The pool was great. The home was set up with everything we needed right from the start. It was cozy and homey. But nice with new counters and cabinets in the kitchen. And the flooring in the main space seemed new. We never had any bad dealings with the owner, he was always helpful and if we needed anything he was right on top of it fixing it. Like the vacuum just wasn't working and when I mentioned that he sent a replacement & we got one the next day. Super impressed with his way of working with us to make our stay happy. Overall it was a very very pleasant stay with very little worries. Just enjoyed the place & all the birds and the views that kept us happy. On top of that we felt absolutely safe in the area the home is in. We'd rent this home again without question. Thank you Seth!!

Home away from home!

This house was perfect for our stay! It had everything we neededgreat location on a golf course, a beautiful pool, and plenty of outdoor living space. Seth was wonderful to work with and made everything easy.

Country Meadows Retreat

We did not have a great start to our stay but Seth was a great landlord to work with and the things that needed to be done, he made surfed to address them. He had a tough time with the pool heater, first getting it installed correctly and then had to get the gas line replaced. As a result, the backyard was a mess for a while. We loved the location, very close to restaurants, shopping, spring training fields, and golf. We were able top make the house the way we wanted it and it was comfortable. I think the house could use some updating and I believe that Seth is working on it. Thanks to him for the easy stay and getting us through the rocky start!!
