Pleasant

My husband &I were there for one year exactly. It is adequate space for 2 adults. We were grateful Grace let us have our 2 cats & German Shepherd with us. This is a true king bed with ample closet space for clothing. The full bathroom is nice but could do a little more storage. The kitchen is lovely. I cooked a lot with the kitchen island. The area in Westwood is overall safe&lovely neighborhood. Occasional homeless walking around,but thats expected in the heart of LA. While we love the space,Our experience was tainted w/ bad timing bc there was construction in the unit across from us & in the unit right next to us for over 6 month of our 1 year stay. It was very loud &very unpleasant while I was pregnant & while my husband was working from home. the downstairs neighbor Frank is a rude , unpleasant & uncompromising human. If it wasnt for the bad timing with construction and the downstairs trouble with the neighbor, we overall enjoyed the space & location but would not come back.

Amazing furnished place

I stayed in this apartment for 7 months while I worked at St Johns Hospital in Santa Monica. It has a great location, close to the 4** and 10 f , making it easy to access all areas of LA and any hospital you may be working at. The apartment is on a quiet residential street and the other building tenants are extremely nice and welcoming. I always felt safe here. The apartment itself is modern and clean. Amazing kitchen! The in unit washer and dryer is a huge plus and hard to find in other apartments in the area. Lots of closet space and a comfortable king bed! You will not find a better landlord. She is responsive and prompt to troubleshoot any issues or answer questions. She truly cares about her properties and has taken the time to design and decorate them. I cannot recommend this place enough if you are traveling to the area for work!
