Lovely Seattle Home

I stayed with L during an extended contract at Seattle Childrens Hospital. The location is amazing! Near Ravenna Park, close to both Seattle Childrens Hospital and UW Medical Center. Lots of amenities nearby. Neighborhood is beautiful, with views of the Space Needle from the living room. Home is bright, welcoming, and spacious. Quiet bedroom for those that work night shift and need to sleep during the day. Private bathroom with amazing soaker tub. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone that was looking for a quiet retreat in Seattle. L was an awesome host!

Great space, walkable location

I stayed with L for 4 months over the summer. The space was perfect for me with lots of room and the AC was amazing during the summer. The bathroom is huge with a great tub! The den was nice for cozy movie nights. The location cant be beat-right by the Roosevelt lightrail station, Whole foods and LA fitness in walking distance! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything I could need. Really enjoyed my time here!

Beautiful, comfortable space, incredible location!

I had a wonderful stay at this quiet, beautifully maintained home. The decent-sized bedroom has lots of natural light, a comfy bed and spacious closet, the TV room was a lovely bonus, and I cannot say enough good things about the bathroom, with a truly INCREDIBLE tub. I spent many evenings soaking away the stress of the day in that deep tub, with hot water on-demand. I still miss that bathroom, honestly. The shared kitchen is well-appointed, and the whole space is well-thought-out and cared for. The neighborhood is residential, walkable, with lots of green space, and VERY convenient to major transitespecially the Roosevelt light rail station (easy access from Northgate to SeaTac). I appreciated the owner's clear, direct communication around house expectations, times she'd be out of town, or any other accommodations needed. This space became my own personal haven, offering a calm space to recharge, and wind down with sunset views from the porch. Highly recommend!
