You can't ask for a better host and landlord!! Mike goes the extra mile to make sure your stay is comfortable! He quickly responds to any questions or issues. He includes very detailed move in information for the unit. Super helpful!! The apartment looks just like the pictures! Very cute and comfortable!! Great amenities!! Great location!! I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 month stay here during my travel contract.

A wonderful rental experience

We had a wonderful experience renting this apartment. The landlord, Michael, was always professional, responsive, and very easy to communicate with. Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly and respectfully. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable from the day we moved in. Its clear that the property is cared for and managed responsibly. I truly appreciated my time here and would highly recommend this landlord and apartment to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and pleasant place to live. ***This place is near UVA so anybody coming as travel medical professionals, this is a superb recommendation.
